Rhea’s spectrum of clinical expertise includes post-surgical cases, ligament injuries, chronic joint and muscular dysfunctions and sports-related injuries. Over the years, she has completed certified training in joint mobilization, taping, dry-needling, manual therapy and exercise therapy. At 206OM she has the enriching opportunity of being part of the IPL season, Polo tournaments, and collaborating with the runner’s at MAF and the performers with The Bangarra Dance Academy.
Rhea has a special interest in working on the shoulder and hip joints. She takes a patient-centred integrated approach that involves getting to know the patient and their movement patterns better, enabling her to plan an effective rehab and treatment program that’s meaningful to them.

Rhea’s love for trekking in the mountains has helped her appreciate the body’s potential to function in challenging situations. Trekking experiences have made her realise that a strong body can achieve impossible goals, and the journey to getting strong can be taken by anyone if equipped with the right balance of guidance, consistency and patience.

Priyanka provides specialized treatment for a diverse range of orthopaedic cases, as well as sports injuries (both recreational and professional athletes). She has a special interest in working the knee joint and the spine. Her experience within the field of Physiotherapy brings the unique experience of having worked both as an academician as well as a clinician. She has been an on-field physical therapist, for the Rohinton Baria Trophy, Polo events and as a consultant for the IPL. Backed by her clinical and administrative expertise, Priyanka enjoys being at the helm of action, be it providing treatment to patients, or in the facilitation of functional responsibilities of the clinic.
Priyanka specializes in the seamless and outcome-focused delivery of the virtual consultations that are provided at 206OM.
Since the onset of the pandemic, she has successfully delivered 1000+ virtual sessions, with high patient satisfaction score.

Yasmeen has more than 20 years of specialised soft tissue experience, and in 2012, she deservedly won the award for “Best Therapist and Spa Trainer” at the Asia Pacific Awards. Following her initial years at The Leela, The Westin, and Le Royal Meridien, she went on to become the Assistant Manager of the well-reputed Spa team at The Marriot, Juhu.
Yasmeen has a rich range of expertise include Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Swedish Massage, Korean Massage, Balinese Massage and Hot Stone Therapy.
Her vast experience has enabled her to develop a specific suite of restorative and nourishing treatments for either calming and balancing the nervous system, releasing and detoxifying the neuromuscular system, and/or activating and energising the myofascial system. According to your assessment and soft tissue needs, Yasmeen delivers a combination of these treatments with the utmost detail and care.

Tamara is a leading Manual Orthopaedic and Sports Physiotherapist, the go-to expert for challenging neuromusculoskeletal cases.
She has provided contracted education services to the National Cricket Academy, Bangalore and lectured at numerous national and international Orthopaedic conferences in India.
Tamara was the Physiotherapist to the New Zealand Cricket Team during the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup and in the following year to the Colombo team for the Sri Lankan Premier League. As the lead medical support staff, she worked and travelled with the teams throughout the tournaments.
Within in the same season she was appointed the Medical Director for the Indian Premier League, a role which she continued with through 10 seasons, significantly raising the benchmark for medical services provided to elite sports events in India.

Tamara loves to be active! And wants everyone to experience the joy of being active, each in their own way. She has been practising yoga for more than 20 years, and every day, this ancient practise highly influences her practice of Physiotherapy. She swims and plays tennis every week, and looks forward to returning to trekking soon, this time with her daughter.
“I founded 206 Optimal Movement in 2013 to fill the need for a high standard of reliable Physiotherapy and Sports Rehabilitation Services. Our Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy team collaborates with a large network of specialist doctors, coaches, fitness trainers, Yoga and Pilates teachers, and other health professionals to help people achieve their sports, health and fitness goals. I’m also excited to support and provide opportunities for Physiotherapists in India, and to continue to professionally develop the role and practise of Orthopaedic and Sports Physiotherapy.”

With more than 15 years of experience in client management and operations, Christopher is a core member of our administrative department. He brought his drive and exemplary customer service skills to our organisation from his previous work at the Renaissance Hotels.
