Your movement strategies will be based on your assessment with an expert 206OM Physiotherapist, and built around the intricacies of your case, your unique needs and your goals.
We will empower you to manage your condition in the most impactful way. Our specialised 206OM Team will teach you smart ways of moving, making it easier and less painful to do your daily tasks while you are on the road to recovery. More importantly you will be guided to pay attention to how you move during the day, and to listen to what your body is trying to tell you.
When should you get a Movement Strategy consultation?
- If you are finding it difficult to move and experience pain doing the most ‘normal’ daily tasks.
For example; sitting, standing, walking, getting out of a car or using the stairs.
- If you are worried about pain with movement after suffering from an injury.
- If you want to encourage the healing and recovery process from pain or injury.
